PART 21 - FOR GOLD JEWELRY ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

i. 5-Day Returns: You have up to 5 days from the date of delivery to return your item, and receive a full refund, provided that the items are successfully inspected at the company's warehouse or store (which could take up to 5 days from the date of receipt) and that you submit a video showing the return packaging along with the original product, invoice, and authenticity certificate. Personalized items, however, are not returnable within five days and may only be sent back if they are faulty or fraudulent.

Please be aware that a claim for an unopened product or empty box will only be considered if it is made within 24 hours of the product's arrival and includes a video of the unpacking process that shows the original outer seal.

ii. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback: If you bought jewelry in India, you have the option to exchange or return it within five days.

iii. Exchange: In exchange for the goods at the current price shown on the website, we will provide you a 90% credit note. GST paid at the time of purchase, however, will be subtracted. You have sixty days to redeem this credit as a discount on your subsequent purchases. Depending on the product examination, adjustments could be made.

iv. Repurchase: We will provide a 85% repurchase for your merchandise at the current online pricing. GST, however, is not refundable. All buyback payments must be made via RTGS or NEFT in the name of the individual listed on the invoice. Depending on the product examination, adjustments could be made.

v. In the event that we discover any flaws or faults in the product that has been returned to us, whether it be missing stones or packing, damage, etc., the amount of the repurchase or exchange will be modified based on the severity of the flaw or defect. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decline to accept the goods if there is substantial damage. The Company's judgment will be final and enforceable in all of these cases.

vi. The average product weight determines the pricing on the website or app. The weight of your real merchandise may seem suspicious. 10%-15% tolerance is applied to metal weight. The ultimate weight will be the one shown on the invoice.

vii. Please be aware that refunds must be processed within 10–15 business days of the jewelry being received at our shop or central warehouse.

viii. Please be aware that you must provide the original invoice (hard or soft copy) and all certifications, including IGI/SGL certificates (strictly original and hard copy), in order to use any of the benefits provided by the authenticity certificate (return, exchange, repurchase, or guarantee). The goods will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or warranty if any of the paperwork is missing.

ix. Please be aware that only Arkinn Jewells Gold & Diamond products are eligible for exchanges and buybacks; other jewelry, regardless of brand, purity, etc., will not be accepted.

x. Lifetime guarantee: Our selection of gold and diamond jewelry is covered by a lifetime guarantee that is effective from the date of delivery. Wear and tear over time is not covered by this guarantee; it only covers pre-existing damages or manufacturing flaws. We reserve the right to replace the item with one of similar value if we are unable to repair it. Please be aware, nevertheless, that the following are not covered by the warranty: damages brought on by carelessness, mismanagement, accidents, tampering, impact damage, etc.

xi. Please be aware that the product's color and dimensions may vary by up to 2%-3% from the stated specifications.
